Our Story

From a Single Reactor to a Trusted Global Supplier

Verdant Chem began in 1999 as a small formulation unit serving local processing houses in Gujarat. What started with a handful of pretreatment auxiliaries has grown into a full-range textile chemical manufacturer serving customers across 40+ countries.

Today, our two manufacturing units, in-house R&D laboratory and dedicated technical support team continue to be guided by the same principle we started with: chemistry that performs consistently, batch after batch.

Manufacturing Process

Every product moves through a controlled sequence, from raw material sourcing to final quality release, ensuring consistency across every batch we produce.

Step One
Raw Material Sourcing & Testing

Approved vendors supply raw materials, which are tested against incoming quality specifications before release to production.

Step Two
Formulation & Reaction

Precision-controlled reactors combine ingredients under monitored temperature, pH and reaction time as per validated recipes.

Step Three
In-Process Quality Control

Samples are drawn at critical stages and tested in our lab for viscosity, pH, active content and stability.

Filling & Packaging

Finished products are filled, labelled and batch-coded for full traceability from drum to dye bath.

Final Release & Dispatch

A final QC sign-off precedes dispatch, with certificates of analysis issued alongside every shipment.
